GreenHomeCoach offers three ways to work with your BuilderCoach, and each option offers various ways to save you money, including access to builder pricing with pre-screened Subcontractors and Suppliers. You can choose to manage the project on your own, or let your BuilderCoach handle it all. The choice is yours based on your available time and resources. |

Option 1: Consultant

For the true Do It Yourself builder, your BuilderCoach will assist you from lot selection through the bidding process, and creating a schedule. Your Builder Coach will assist you with completing all the phases in the GreenHomeCoach web based process management system. Then once you are ready to begin construction, you will manage all the day to day operations for material deliveries to Subcontractor responsibilities. The GreenHomeCoach calendar and project management tools will help you stay on track with what needs to be done on a daily basis, making the entire process really easy for any Do It Yourself'er. |

Option 2: We Frame It, You Finish It

In addition to the services you receive with Option1, your BuilderCoach will finish your home to a pre-determined point, then turn the keys over to you for finishing. This option is flexible, as you can leave your BuilderCoach be in charge of providing just the foundation, or everything up until the point of having a weather tight home, allowing you the ability to finish it just the way you want. You choose how involved you want to be and how much money you want to save. |

Option 3: Turn-Key

If your time is limited, but you still want the benefits of the GreenHomeCoach system, this option is for you. Let your BuilderCoach build your dream home from beginning to end, while allowing you to provide any trade labor you choose, or even allowing you to use any friends or family that might be in the trades, that other builders will not let you use. |

Whatever level of participation you choose, GreenHomeCoach allows you to stay involved in the entire process, and provide as much, or as little labor you want to save some money on your new home.
