GreenHomeCoach provides every Do It Yourself'er with an owner builder consultant. Our owner builder consultants are licensed contractors that we also call a BuilderCoach. Your owner builder consultant will have access to your home building project using the same web-based application that you will be using to manage your project. This will make it easy for the BuilderCoach to assist you in any aspect of the project, such as creation of Specifications and Selections, Bidding Process, Scheduling, Project Management, and application training. Your owner builder consultant will assist you with on-site inspections and will provide you with remote assistance when you are at the job site yourself.
